Hudson's Bay Co. post at outlet of lake Waswanipi, northern Quebec, an old post antedating 1820 and possibly originally a French post. At the time of union 1821, both the Hudson's Bay Co. and the North West Co. had posts at this spot. It was included in the 1869 list with Deed of Surrender also in 1857 list. Is still in operation.
